hwdCourses was created over a year ago for an old design client. We released it free, in the hope that it could be useful to others. Unfortunately, it does not install into Joomla1.5 (even with Legacy enabled). There has been a lot of support for this product and we are planning on starting development on it again. However, the re-development will not start until early next year. Additionally, there are currently no forums that discuss or offer support this product.
