Having trouble setting up your server to run our software? We offer a complete server installation service for MENCODER, FFMPEG, FLVTOOL2, JOOMLA and hwdVideoShare.

Please ensure that all server data has been backed up for your peace of mind. Server installation can take up to 3 working days (72 hours) to complete. IMPORTANT - A Dedicated server or VPS is required for this service (NOT - shared hosting)

We will install the following on your server: 

• LAME
• LIBVORBIS
• LIBOGG
• MENCODER
• FLVTOOL2
• FFMPEG
• JOOMLA
• hwdVideoShare
  

Requirements:

• DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU USE A SHARED HOST
• You must have a dedicated server or VPS
• You must have Root SSH access details for your server
• This must be a Linux distribution, we do not currently install on Windows

• You MUST have all the requirements listed above before purchasing this product. Otherwise, there will be a £5 cancellation charge and service will not be performed.
• We will contact you shortly after you purchase this service to get your server access details.
  
• If the installation is not completetd within 3 working days of us receiving the necessary access details for your server, you will recieve a full refund.
• If you have all the requirements but Highwood Design can not install the necessary software on your server you will recieve a full refund.
• Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Highwood Design be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
