Script upgrade service for the hwdVideoShare component. If your server already has the minimum server requirements and a working installation of hwdVideoShare, we can help you upgrade to the current version. This will include the backup and restoration of data, and continuing functionality of the uploads and video conversions.

Please note that this service is for those that already have a ready setup server environment and a working version of hwdVideoShare. If you server is not setup, you will need a different installation service that includes the setup of your server.

Requirements:

1. Website domain with JOOMLA 1.0 or JOOMLA 1.5 successfully installed and working
2. Previous working version of hwdVideoShare
3. PERL installed on your server
4. MENCODER installed on your server
5. FFMPEG installed on your server
6. FLVTOOL2 installed on your server

• You MUST have all the requirements listed above before purchasing this product. Otherwise, there will be a £5 cancellation charge and service will not be performed.
• If you do not already have MENCODER FFMPEG and FLVTOOL2 on your server then you will need to buy the Server Setup service (only available for Dedicated and VPS Servers). All the required third party software is free.
• We will contact you shortly after you purchase this service to get your server access details.
  
• If the upgrade is not completetd within 3 working days of us receiving the necessary access details for your server, you will recieve a full refund.
• If you have all the requirements but Highwood Design can not upgrade hwdVideoShare on your server you will recieve a full refund.
• Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Highwood Design be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
